A little hole in the wall but clean and cozy. Set up like a small diner in a strip mall in Sunrise. Went on a spur of the moment with a friend and we were pleasantly surprised. Just a handful of people there and two very friendly waitresses. We ordered the blood sausage and arepa de chocolo(a sweet corn cake) with cheese and a chuzo (beef shish k bab) with sweet fried plantains. Service was a little slow but food was good. Unfortunately we had to request the water twice.
The prices were very reasonable and the music was loud for such a small place.
We will probably return to taste one of the entrees at a later date. -

It's 7:44pm. Called and confirmed they close at 9pm. Arrived. Sign on door says 9pm. Walked in and were told they're closed. Fail.

This is the second time I review this place...the first having been mysteriously deleted.
This restaurant is awful. The service absolutely sucked. I wouldve eaten quicker had I actually hopped on a plane and flown to Columbia for a meal. We witnessed the one waitress sneeze into her hand and serve food. And what she served had enough grease to lube the chassis of my truck. We should've paid attention to the fact that there were only two people eating on a Sunday morning. All the smart folks were eating elsewhere.
You should slap yourself right now for ever having considered this establishment to eat. Don't say I didnt warn you....... -

I like going there for lunch because the service is fast and food quality is good.
The last time I ordered fish soup with fried fish & coconut rice lunch special that was out of this world
They have to get delivery service so we can order to the office.
